Los resultados coinciden con el análisis realizado por el programa para el desarrollo emprendedor e innovación en América Latina (Prodem), en donde mencionan que los principales problemas de la región destacan en debilidades en la formación del capital humano, y deficiencias en las prácticas de gestión empresarial (Prodem 2019). |

A total of 77 economic units from the industrial, commercial and service sectors participated in it. The research adopted a qualitative methodological approach.
