Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:Urban mobility, especially the one performed daily by citizens, is of great interest for the study of different topics, ranging from urban transport to the study of the dynamics of use and occupation of transitional spaces (public spaces) in a small sector of the city or in a building. This paper analyzes urban mobility in the Headquarters of the National Bank of Panama employing a survey and recording pedestrian trajectory patterns. The results show that most of the people who frequent the transition area of the Headquarters of National Bank of Panama use car (33.9%), bus (28.4%) and subway (19.3%) as the means of transportation. Pedestrian trajectory patterns in the area under study in the time frame evaluated indicate that the majority prefers to walk close to the transition space generated on the ground floor of the Headquarters of the National Bank of Panama instead of using the sidewalk parallel to Via España.
