These changes lead to new implementations of certain support systems such as WMS, SCM, ERP and CRM. This article describes some commonly ERP software used in e-logistics. In addition a successful case of ERP implementation is described, this is the company Telcon, which decided to make the changes in its structure by implementing adaptive systems to support their needs, resulting in better performance in warehousing and distribution activities. |

Debido a este avance, las organizaciones han determinado un cambio en su manejo de inventarios, almacenes y cadena de suministro. Dando esto como resultado las implementaciones de ciertos sistemas de apoyo como WMS, SCM, ERP y CRM.
