Резюме:The business architecture (AE, in its Spanish acronym) is one of the fundamental pieces for the modern business management. It is the set of strategies that define the alignment relationship of processes, human resources, products, services, technology, and applications, in operational business strategy. The regulation of traceability in Panama represents a necessary change at the strategic and operational levels for the cattle-raising sector. Transforming rudimentary processes of the cattle ranches is a complex task. It is important to make decisions that ensure a satisfactory technological and organizational evolution. Cattle traceability presents great challenges to the cattle-raising sector. Knowledge coming from data analysis and processing can be used to increase productivity and efficiency. This research proposes a guide to innovative strategies according to the principles of AE. It also shows the results obtained through more common frameworks. The purpose of this research is to form a concrete and detailed strategy for the implementation of an organizational and technological platform, which is capable of managing information concerning the cattle-traceability processes
