| Crynodeb: | In Panama, the rate of violence against women and those convicted of such crime is increasing and its effects are negative for society. In the present study, the relationship between the family structure and the aggressive behavior of those convicted of domestic violence in the Province of Herrera will be presented. In Panama, a radical legal change has been experienced in the confrontation of domestic violence with the implementation of the Accusatory Penal System. That is to say, there is a problem of violence, and there are laws that condemn it, but there is no place / program where they can be rehabilitated and reinserted back into society, because they pay condemnation and reoffend, the purpose of this study is to create a space in the Public Defense of Herrera, specifically in the compliance phase when they have completed 2/3 of the sentence, can receive psychological and social help with qualified professionals. This quantitative study of a descriptive type, proposes the creation of a psychological social program for the condemned, will be carried out through an interview with the condemned and relatives, to later analyze and synthesize the information and with the results we will continue with the conclusions and recommendations. |
