Nuestro producto es un jugo natural de zanahoria y naranja, al cual se le añade goma xantana y carboximetil celulosa (CMC) como aditivo y luego se hicieron los cálculos pertinentes para poder diseñar el sistema de producción para el mismo, específicamente, el tubo de retención.
